The Fastrack Reflex World application serves as an excellent companion app for your Fastrack Reflex Smart wearable devices. In order to fully utilize all of the features offered by the Fastrack Reflex World app, simply download it onto your smartphone and pair it with any Bluetooth-enabled smart wearables.

With the Fastrack Reflex World application, you can easily set up and manage the following features:

• Connect and disconnect with your Fastrack Smartwatch
• Perform software/firmware updates
• Personalize your settings
• Sync and access data such as steps taken, sleep patterns, heart rate, and skin temperature. It is important to note that these recordings are intended for reference purposes only and not for therapeutic reasons. We strongly advise consulting with a medical professional before making any decisions based on this data.
• Locate your watch with the "Find my Watch" feature
• Sync your smartwatch data (steps, sleep, heart rate, etc.) with Apple Health
• Note that the settings and functionalities of the Fastrack Reflex World application can only be accessed when your wearable device is connected to your mobile device. Without a strong connection between your wearable gadget and mobile device, certain features may not operate as intended.
